Refund Policy - the basics
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products/services offered on this website, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchase made, whether for digital content, physical goods, or services rendered.
By purchasing a ticket or registering for Prosperity & Pajamas Women's Retreat , you agree and acknowledge that all sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Scheduling conflicts, Personal or professional emergencies,Illness (including COVID-19 and other communicable diseases), Travel delays or cancellations, and Weather conditions or natural disasters. Once a ticket is purchased or registration is confirmed, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued. Unauthorized chargebacks are treated as fraud. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence of your agreement to this No Refund Policy, including IP addresses, download/access logs, and communication records.
Refund Policy
Prosperity & Pajamas shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of any obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: Government mandates or restrictions, Natural disasters, Epidemics or pandemics, Strikes, labor disputes, Acts of terrorism or war, Failure of utilities or transportation. Under such circumstances, no refunds shall be issued, but we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide alternatives.
